Mandera Governor Ali Roba has threatened to sue contractors who do not produce quality results on projects or breach agreements signed with his government.
Mr Roba, who together with his county executives were on a week-long tour of ongoing projects in the county, said the country has in the past lost public funds to rogue contractors and his county would set a precedent by prosecuting them.
