Eldoret Catholic Diocese Bishop Cornelius Korir has said the government should show more commitment in the fight against corruption if it is to regain public trust. Bishop Korir said transparency should be fostered in the ongoing probe into the Youth Fund and the National Youth Service (NYS) scandals.

He said there has recently been a lot of a question asked about the runaway corruption witnessed at various government bodies.
