James Bond wannabes are to take university courses set up by GCHQ spy chiefs.
Students will study cyber security and code breaking to counter the threat posed by tech-savvy terrorists.
The masters degrees in information security will be offered by six universities – Oxford, Lancaster, Surrey, Royal Holloway, University of London, Edinburgh Napier and Cranfield.
Cabinet Office Minister Francis Maude said that the project would help to “counter threats and ensure that we are more aware.”
