Sh50,000 mini-bar shocker

I love to party. I also love to socialise. I got a good deal to perform at a major concert in Nigeria and this being my first major outing, I was literally overwhelmed. I got a nice room in a five-star hotel and I noticed that there was a mini-bar full of alcohol and beverages. On the first night, I invited two friends to the room and threw a small party, asking them to have anything they wanted from my bar. The room attendant refilled the mini-bar the following day. I thought this was the biggest treat of my life. That was before the shocker landed. When I was checking out the next day, I was slammed with a Sh50,000 bill, to cover drinks from the bar. Little had I known that all the drinks there were on sale. And Sh50,000 is all I had made during my concert and stay in Lagos. You should have seen the shock on my face as the attendant insisted that I had to clear the bill. Talk of a show going down the drain.
