Jubilee insurance targets pension schemes

MAMBASA, KENYA: Jubilee Insurance has launched a financial literacy programme aimed at educating pension schemes. The programme will enable clients to align their corporate and personal goals, towards developing retirement benefits founded on solid legal and corporate governance.

Speaking in Mombasa during the launch of the programme, Jubilee Insurance Head of Pension David Ogega, said in the recent past, it has become increasingly clear that employers are taking overall financial responsibility for their staff including designing their retirement fund. “Today’s work environment is always changing. Jubilee Insurance is determined to ensure that our clients are well equipped to cope with the changing business environment,” said Mr Ogega.
