Should Nairobi men be "Nyerified" for them to stop this behavior?

As l was walking around river road minding my own business, near a bus station l found my shoe in a puddle of smelly substance, looking closer l discovered that it was urine, along the wall spilling to the narrow road and the inner lanes.

 This reveal that most walls are urinated on by men in Nairobi especially those who work in the vicinity. This is a great shame and an embarrassment to Nairobi men. Governor Kidero should send his able team like the one which was responsible for the Kidero grass to arrest and prosecute all men found urinating ovyo ovyo near walls.
