AFC Leopards have been busy reinforcing their squad during the June transfer window.

The team that dropped eight players from their ranks after a disappointing first league of the season will be hoping for a better fortune when the second leg begins in two weeks.

Ingwe had mixed results throughout the first leg, with a lot of inconsistency and lack of a cutting edge in the final third. This was their main undoing as they slipped from the first position early in the season to finish the first league 11th in the table standing, 12 points behind league leadesr Tusker FC.

So far, Leopards have signed Former Kakamega High School midfielder Harun Nyakha from Tusker, goalkeeper Ian Otieno from Posta Ranger and coach Ivan Minnaert will be eager to land the services of Charles Bruno from Sony Sugar.

Attacking midfielder John Ndirangu is expected to commit to the team after featuring for the side in a friendly match against Nakumatt FC over the weekend.

Midfielder Bernard Mangoli and right back Edwin Wafula return for their second spell with Leopards after they ailed to click at Coastal side Bandari FC.

"I feel happy to be back after six months and I will give my best to ensure we have a successful second leg. The team has a lot of potential and I know we can turn do it," said Mangoli.
