Deputy President William Ruto Wednesday said he is willing to record a statement over the murder of businessman Jacob Juma.
Mr Ruto was responding to allegations by former Lugari MP Cyrus Jirongo and a tweet from Juma's twitter account during an interview with Citizen TV on Tuesday night.
