Release me from prison, 91-year-old Kakamega man pleads

A 91-year-old inmate at Kakamega main prison has asked to be set free because he has “no energy to commit crime” and is no longer a danger to society.

 Rasto Otuya was jailed for defiling a 10-year-old in 2012, according to prison records, and was sentenced to 10 years, but later appealed and got the lesser sentence of seven years.
