Wiper officials call for Kalonzo's help

A section of Wiper supporters in Kitui County have appealed to party leader Kalonzo Musyoka to convene a crisis meeting to address discontent among leaders in the county and Ukambani at large.

They said the party was facing imminent split owing to suspicion among Members of the County Assembly, MPs, grassroots party leaders and other supporters.

Led by chairman Musuu Syengo, party's officials in Kathungi, Mbitini and Kisasi locations in Kitui Rural constituency warned their patience was running out and asked the former Vice President to act expeditiously to save the party from collapse.
