FKF appears before Senate committee over election rules

Former Football Kenya Federation (FKF) vice president Sammy Sholei got his day in the sun yesterday when he, together with his boss Sam Nyamweya and Sports Cabinet Secretary Hassan Wario, appeared before the Senate committee on Labour and Social Services.

Sholei had written to the Senate committee chaired by Stewart Madzayo seeking that FKF under Sam Nyamweya be restrained from conducting the upcoming elections on the basis that “the constitution of the election board is contrary to the Sports Act and the FKF constitution”.
