A senior principal in a leading Kakamega County school is said to have thoroughly clobbered a young male teacher whom he found canoodling with a teacher he has been having an affair with. So furious was mwalimu that he broke down the door and could have killed the young man if another teacher hadn’t intervened. The incident, which all his students, peers and the locals are aware of, has embarrassed the man into hiding.
Fortunately for him, the matter, which should have attracted severe disciplinary measure, was hushed up by the school’s board.
