The United Nations Development Programme says it will collaborate with the Kenyan government and media to see that peace and unity is upheld during and after the forthcoming general elections. Speaking during a courtesy call at the standard group centre, the un resident and humanitarian coordinator Aeneas Chuma said that the media has to be alive to the fact that their coverage of the elections will contribute largely to a smooth electioneering process.
