Four arrested over grenade attacks

Four people are being held for questioning over Saturday night's grenade attacks at the Machakos bus terminus along Landhies road. At the Nairobi area police station officers have declined to confirm any arrests. The attack is said to have been orchestrated by Al Shabaab recruits or sympathizers who used Russian hand grenades similar to those used in previous attacks here in Nairobi and Garrisa. Police have asked Kenyans to be on high alert, and report any suspicious activities to the nearest police station.
