Tobiko: Poll chaos cases overwhelming

Director of public prosecution Keriako Tobiko says there is need to use alternative modes of dispute resolution in dealing with the 2007-2008 post poll chaos cases. Tobiko says of the 6000 cases filed in court only 500 have been dealt with citing inefficiency in police and judicial institutions due to lack of capacity. This he says has resulted to loads of pending cases resulting into delay to deliver justice for the victims.
