Dr. Kipng’eich arap Tororei is the new chairman of the Kenya National commission on Human rights. He took office Tuesday in acting capacity following the expiry of former chairperson Florence Jaoko’s term Monday. Three other commissioners out of nine have also left knchr after serving their terms. These are hassan omar, winfred lichuma and wambui kimathi. Ktn’s Anne Soy-mwendia interviewed the incoming chair on his priorities especially in this election year.
