Extra judicial killings

Despite efforts to reform the kenya police, illegal summary executions and other killings continue to be reported across the country. Human rights groups have warned that extra-judicial killings are on the rise, along with police shootings due to recklessness. A report by the human rights groups found that 53 people have died in such circumstances since the new constitution was promulgated in 2010.
