Prosecutors at the international criminal court intend to prove that head of public service Francis Muthaura and deputy prime minister Uhuru Kenyatta raised funds and co-ordinated attacks by members of the outlawed Mungiki sect at the height of post election violence. ICC prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo says the two helped Mungiki members secure firearms and police uniforms. Former police commissioner major general Hussein Ali is accused of failing to stop Mungiki attackers from committing crimes in Nakuru and Naivasha. KTN's Eric Njoka reports on the charges against the three post election violence suspects.
