Parliament will now resolve the row over nominations in the judiciary, the state law office and public finance. This follows the failure by President Kibaki and Prime Minister Raila Odinga to agree on the matter. The two principals met and passed on the matter to parliament promising to abide by the decision to be taken by mps. And as Ktn’s Muraya Kariuki reports two parliamentary committees have already began scrutinizing the controversial nominations.
