President Kibaki has suspended embattled Assistant Minister for roads Dr. Wilfred Machage. But the defiant Kuria MP says the President should have sacked him instead. Kibaki sent the Assistant Minister home after he was charged in court with four counts of hate speech. Machage attributes his tribulations to his opposition to the proposed constitution and has declared he will not be intimidated.
