Prime Minister
Raila Odinga insists there is no more opportunity to amend the draft
consitution in whatever way before the referendum. But the new higher education
minister William rRuto maintains his ‘no’ group will be pushing for an
amendment of the constitution review act to gve room for talks. This came as Deputy
Prime Minister Uhuru Kenyatta moved to clear doubts about his position on the
draft constitution, saying he is firmly in the yes camp.
