Twenty-three-year-old Wazir Benson Chacha Masubo wanted for extorting money from Kenyan MPs and Senators was arrested and detained at the Muthaiga police station in his hideout in Tarime, Tanzania.
Chacha had been hiding in Tanzania before his arrest waiting for his documents before he could move to Zanzibar where he had rented a house for a year.
