Nairobi County Women Representative Esther Muthoni Passaris on an interview on KTN declared that the presidential election was a two horse race.
During the interview conducted on October 29, Passaris said that the voter turnout for the October 26 repeat poll is between 35 and 40 in Jubilee’s stronghold. She accused Jubilee of creating a perception that they had less numbers in the august 8 elections.
