After Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) chair Wafula Chebukati announced the voter turnout all over the country, Kenyans took it to social media accusing him of trying to doctor the Presidential repeat election results.
Chebukati made this statement after the October 26 poll, declaring that out of the registered voters, about 48% turned out.
