Though Jubilee could boast of having taken most of the seats in the August House, members of the Kenya National African Union (KANU) could as well celebrate, having braved the storm and clinching a number of elective seats in Rift Valley.
Regardless of the fact that KANU faced stiff competition from Jubilee in the area, Gideon Moi and Raymond Moi retained their seats as Baringo Senator and Rongai Member of Parliament respectively.
