Road construction works frustrate rescue operations on collpsed Pipline building, several could be stuck in rubble

Rescue operations on the building that collapsed in Embakasi’s Pipeline estate have been delayed for several hours after the eight-storey house came down trapping an unconfirmed number of people.

KTN News reporter Brian Obuya has confirmed that police officers throughout the night helped some of the occupants find their way out of the house but this morning the officers had been at the scene only keeping the residents at bay.
