Kenyan ambassador to South Sudan Chris Mburu is dead

SUMMARY

Mburu was appointed in 2018 by president Kenyatta as an ambassador together with the former Salaries and Remuneration Chair Ms. Sarah Serem.

The late at one time served as National Intelligence Service (NIS) Director. 

Mr. Chris Mburu, the Kenyan ambassador to South Sudan, is dead. According to the Foreign Affairs Ministry, the late Mburu passed away on Sunday at his residence in Juba. 

Mburu was appointed in 2018 by president Kenyatta as an ambassador together with the former Salaries and Remuneration Chair, Ms. Sarah Serem, who is a Kenyan ambassador to China, and also the ex-state house spokesman Manoah Esipisu, currently sitting as Kenyan Ambassador to the UK.

The late at one time served as National Intelligence Service (NIS) Director. 

However, his official cause of demise is yet to be established.
