The Kenya National Highways Authority (KENHA) on Thursday advised motorists using the Kaplong-Kisii road to use alternative routes after River Kipsonoi burst its banks.
In a statement seen by Ureport, KENHA stated that a section of the road had been rendered impasable owing to the flooded river.
