PHOTOS: Drama in Kitengela as man is caught pants down with school girl at a lodging

Police in Kitengela, are holding a middle aged man who was allegedly caught pants down with a secondary school student.

Drama ensued at the town after word went round that the man was allegedly seen entering the lodging with the student in full school uniform.

Police officers from a nearby Kitengela police station, stormed the premises and found the two in action, they were ordered to dress up as onlookers gather outside the premises.

The officers had a hectic time to control the huge crowd of people, the were forced to blind fold the two love bird with bed sheets into a waiting police car that took them to a nearby Kitengela police station

Answering questions to the Standard, 23-year-old Patrick Kamau, said he have been in love with the girl for two years.

‘’I have been having an affair with this girl for two years now, but all I know is that she is over eighteen years’’ said Kamau.

The girl (name withheld) who is a student at Kimbirigwi Girls Secondary School in Karatina Nyeri County, also admitted the same but contradicted Kamau’s statement that she was over 18 years.

‘’This is my boyfriend we just came here to have fun’’. Asked how old she was she said she was turning 17 years next week.

A section of the residents condemned the act and appealed to the authorities to act upon that particular incident.

‘’We are very great full to the police who have acted very fast, however we want to see justice prevail, this girl is a minor while the man is a grown up’’ said Lukas ole Parshina a resident.

A police officer who asked for anonymity said they were acting on a tip off from their informer who had followed the couple from the bus stage.

''We are very determined to end this illicit love affair that ago on in this town, this is not he first case'' said the officer.
