Why royal fans think Baby Archie was born two weeks ago

Confused fans are convinced Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's baby was actually born a FORTNIGHT ago - despite the fact he is just days old.

Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor was born on Monday at 5.26am weighing 7lb 3oz and was thought to be a week overdue.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex enjoyed private time with their son until yesterday, when they introduced him to the world.

In a televised interview, the new parents talked about Archie being "a dream," and a "bundle of joy".

But fans are debating what Harry's words meant when he talked about 'babies changing so much over two weeks'.

Many took to social media, thinking they'd heard him saying 'the baby has changed so much over the past two weeks'.

Some even called it a 'slip of the tongue'.

Marvin said: "Wait, what? Did Harry just say the baby has changed so much over the past two weeks?!

"Wasn’t he supposed to be born monday?"

Alessi also asked: "Did Prince Harry just say the baby has changed so much over 2 weeks?? Wasn’t it born 2 days ago."

Andi Cameron Foulds tweeted: "A slip of the tongue hey Harry? Royal baby been here 2 weeks? Just as I thought RoyalBaby."

Jalisa Stewart also called it a 'slip of the tongue' saying: ".... sooo, not like it matters. Because, they deserve their privacy...but, was that a slip of the tongue when Harry said babies change so much over a two-week period?"

But Harry actually said: "Everyone says that babies change so much over two weeks.

"We're basically monitoring how the changing process happens over this next month really."
