Ladies, here are 12 ways to appreciate your ‘hus-bae’

When the man you're married to treats you good, he becomes more than a husband, he becomes your hus-bae. So how do you appreciate your hus-bae?

1. Recognize that good men are hard to find. This will make you value him more.

2. Don't stress him with drama. He is already treating you good, why make his life difficult?

3. Express your gratitude. Let him hear you telling him how much you value him. Don't be those women who falsely think appreciating a man will make him relax and stop putting in the effort.

4. Praise him in front of the children. He values the way the children perceive him. Teach them to honour dad.

5. Brag about him in public. He will feel confident about his love for you.

6. Tell your friends the good things about him, cover his weaknesses. If he has shortcomings, don't reveal them to your friends, tell them to him privately so that he works on himself with you shielding him.

7. Spoil him. Cook for him his favourite meals, take him out sometimes, buy him gifts that he likes, not the ones you insist he must like.

8. Drive him crazy in bed. Make love to him so good as you satisfy his sexual desires. Let him enjoy being faithful to you.

9. Support what he cares about. Celebrate his successes.

10. Don't compare him to other men or belittle him yet he is going out of his way to be the best for you.

11. Don't take him for granted just because he has a good heart. Don't disrespect him or talk to him anyhow just because you know he will do anything for you and will keep forgiving you.

12. Tell him you love him and why you love him. It hurts when you are a good man but your woman just doesn't notice it or appreciate it. He is your bae.
