Lake Victoria

The lake was renamed Lake Victoria after Queen Victoria by explorer John Hanning Speke, in his reports - the first Briton to document it.

Nairobi National park

Just a few minutes’ drive out of Nairobi’s central business district lies the Nairobi National Park.
