Likoni Deputy Officer Commanding Station (OCS) Joab Omondi on Thursday night shot his girlfriend and later turned the gun on himself after an argument.
According to a statement seen by Ureport, Omondi picked a quarrel with his lover Peninah Kaimenyi at Lovely Bar in Mtongwe location and after a verbal exchange, he shot her in the head.
