Seven key steps university students should know concerning subsequent Helb loan application

Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) has immensely helped needy university students cope up with tough economic times at the varsity. Every semester the students are required to apply for a subsequent loan, failure of which will make a student miss receiving Helb loan. 

The deadline for subsequent helb loan application this semester is 31st March 2019.

Here the seven simple steps that comrades can use to do the subsequent Helb application.

1. Log in to your helb portal student account using your account registered email address and password.
2. Once you have log in, click on “undergraduate second subsequent loan” under the heading “Helb loan application”.
3. Answer helb assessment questions and submit your answers.
4. If you successful pass the assessment you will be taken to new page where you are required to confirm your personal and institution details. If you fail the test you will be asked to retake the assessment questions
5. Once on the new page click “finish and print”
6. On the drop down menu select “yes” to confirm your application.
7. Click on “submit your application” to complete the process.
