Some wives do not look forward to the weekend because their man either is absent or their presence is a nuisance.
Unfortunately for some men, the weekend is a time to escape spending time with family or straight up behave badly.

A husband who starts a fight so that he can justify being +away from home the entire weekend.
A husband who lies about working late on Fridays only for her to realize he really was out making merry with friends.
A husband who promises to spend time with the children, only to break that promise for lame reasons.

A husband who invites mates round to the home without her consideration, weekend after weekend, for football, rugby, drinking etc and expecting the wife to run around to cater for their every need.
A husband buried in watching endless news or is buried behind a newspaper.
A husband complaining about the children making noise yet it's their home.
A husband muttering about how he is feeling imprisoned and not able to go out.
A husband who is home but will put up his feet and not lift a finger to help with house chores.
A husband who tells off his wife, barking orders the entire weekend long and generally manifesting anger and endless temper tantrums.
Gentlemen: Weekends are precious for families, precious because you spend the entire week at work and weekends is a time where your wife looks forward to spending time with you, and also your children look forward to spending quality time with dad.
You only get to have 52 weekends in a year. What a shame for you to waste them, especially on experiences that don't add value to the family.
