A middle-aged man was arraigned in Milimani Law Courts and charged with threatening to kill his bosses.

Vincent Onduso was accused of sending threatening Facebook posts to Lynnette Washiali Muganda on July 4.

He was accused of posting a message that read: “Whoever knows the person below, tell them to be aware that I will find justice through any means. It’s happening soon ( KWS HR and officer) I will not starve while you are feeding your family. I am coming for you and I am ready to go to jail. You can’t do this to me. I think it’s time you know that I am a trained armed person. I will not cry again.”

The post continued: #Nyongesa# Mulwa # Muganda# I am your personal enemy, unless I am served justice, I am ready to rot in jail.

The suspect is said to have posted the same threatening message on two popular Facebook groups with huge following, targeting Joseph Nyongesa and Wilson Kamengo Mulwa.

The threats were directed at his former colleagues at Kenya Wildlife Service after he allegedly received a dismissal letter for absenteeism.

Onduso who was not represented by a lawyer pleaded not guilty to the offence. State prosecutor Solomon Naulikha did not object to the accused being released on bail. He was released on a Sh500, 000 bond or Sh300, 000 cash bail.

The court also ordered that Onduso be supplied with all documentary evidence and any other document that the prosecution will rely on in the matter. The case will be heard on August 22, 2018.
