Those close to the man say that he changed the way he relates with them immediately after he lost his post.
When he was the area legislator for example, the fiery politician used to allow his neighbours to fetch water from a spring in his expansive farm next to his palatial rural home.
This however, changed after he was floored, as he directed his workers not to allow anyone 'trespass' into his land!

The tendency of a County Assembly Speaker to flip-flop in decision making has left a section of MCAs and members of the public confused.
This was after the county assembly boss made three contradicting statements concerning an issue that dominated news headlines last week.
Two MCAs were overheard on Saturday night lamenting that the head of the assembly has failed them.
“The speaker should not comment on matters and then later say a completely different thing. It is embarrassing. She should consult first, “said one of the ward reps.
