The first date is always fascinating, humorous and elegant. The second date so A-1, smooth. The third and the forth so admirable.

You become an item, comfortable to demonstrate affection candidly, showing your good and ugly behaviours, strengths and weakness alike. But there are behaviours that should never make it to your list.

Farting

This is presumably the most pretentious sign of all time. Why should you break the wind with a fizzle or even worse with a bombastic sound, trying to pass a point that you are comfortable with your partner’s company? It would be embarrassing if you choose to fart and you had boiled eggs and milk for dinner the previous night or leftovers for breakfast.

Talking about your ex

Speaking about your ex at any time in the relationship is forbidden, be it your partner did you justice when it came to lungula or treated you nobly, never spill the beans to your partner no matter how comfortable you are with them. Only if you are asked to.

Sending a nude photo

You will be sorry when your relationship comes to a halt and your nude video is on rotation all over the social media.

Making out in public

You can play, hug, cuddle, smooch in public to convey the unending affection but do not overplay it. Having sex in a public toilet probably is the wrong place to quench your sexual urges so as to pass the comfortability test.

Unkempt Character

In the better part of dating, partners stay groomed, gracefully dressed, trimmed beards but the moment they get introduced to one’s comfort zone, things change. You fearlessly reveal your smelly armpits and arrive at dates with shaggy hair. You can be shaggy once in a while to show maturity and when you wake up on the same bed.
