Tanzanian ‘Kiatu Kivue’ hit singer was talk of the town after she was arrested a few days ago. According to reports, Rose Muhando was arrested for suspicion of fraud after she allegedly received Tsh800,000 (Ksh37,000) through the Chairman of AICT Singida church choir Mashala Japhet for her to grace an event organized by the choir.
