Be on the lookout for the supermoon tonight

Tonight a spectacular observation will grace the night sky in what is known as the ‘supermoon’. The beautiful full moon will grace the sky beginning at sunset.

The supermoon will be about 14% bigger and 30% brighter than the smallest full moon which was spotted in April this year.

This supermoon is also the closest full moon since January 26, 1948, making it the closest to date in the 21st century. The full moon won’t be this close again until November 25, 2034.

Be on the lookout for the once-in-a-life-time occurrence. Send in pictures of what you will observe.
