Why are men starting to dress like women?

Overtime, we have seen women who dress like men and people don’t really take it as a big deal, but when men start dressing like women, it becomes an issue for discussion. These kinds of people are normally referred to as transvestites. Many people would wonder why men find comfort in dressing like woman, but I believe that there is no definite answer. So why do men dress like women?

A reason and probably the only reason I would understand is if the dressing is a costume for a party such as Halloween, but since we don’t celebrate Halloween in Kenya, no man in this country can have this as a reason.
