Thanks to the American people for nominating Hillary Clinton

It is now very clear that the electoral battle for the office of the president of the United States of America is going to be between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump. The formers have been nominated as a candidate by the Democratic Party and the later by the Republican Party. The former is a woman and in fact so significant she is the first one in American history to socialize politically up to this level. This is the first social and political score the people of American have achieved on behalf of humanity; giving chance to a woman to rule America .If at all the people of America will accept to share consciousness with the entire world to appreciate this as a virtue, then human efforts towards engendered political socialization will soon be enjoying a global- class dawn. This is why I personally felicitate and salute the American people for allowing Hillary Clinton to step in just after a very serious political exercise that shouted social inclusivity to the world by having Barrack Obama, an African to be the president of America. All this sentiments come from one political sentimentality; American politics is politics of every living human being.

It is in fact a challenge to the people of America that social duty of engendering politics was, has been and still is long overdue. Militancy and Masculinity have been a bane of American political culture. It is now time for soft power. It is a virtue already accepted by other political civilizations without regret. Germany has had Merkel, United Kingdom is now having May and the African Union is now having Zuma, all these are women on top and sensitive political positions doing their work and we don’t expect regrets. It has to be realized that a political psychology in form of a notion that the United States of America is usually involved in the military activities across the world and hence a woman cannot rule it effectively is an outdated way of looking at politics. It is not gender and sex that cherish decisions, it is usually a personality. History of politics can easily nourish this premise from its repertoire of the recent experiences in world politics that it was Benazir Bhutto that introduced the concept of Islamic Nuclear bomb to world politics, Indira Gandhi was the iron lady of the East, Alice Lakwena, Alice Ilineshi and Chelagat Mutai are the cruelest rebels that east African politics has ever seen, reason; personalities not gender, fact.

There are very many human-centric reasons that force every conscious person to desire that America must and should be ruled by a sober and caring President. This must not force you and me to marginalize real-politics of Donald Trump. However, it is a tell-tale experience in a political sense,  making  some  of us  with knowledge of world history to remember that leaders that brutalized humanity in the past had similar overtones, verbally in the initial stage, even though garrulous. Hitler began his political career by talking like Trump; Mussolini talked like Trump, and even Id Amin Dada made reckless exclusive comments against Asians just the same way Trump has already expressed his discomfort about Moslems and very many other American communities living in minority social stations. I may not be clear, but what I mean in this juncture is that the most scaring thing to any human being is the case of political leader struggling to get political power for the purpose of brutalizing those who cannot defend themselves. You and I must be worried of how much is Trump ready to care and protect the rights of Black-Moslem-Americans and other citizens of the world having a black skin and Islamic faith. Will the black lives and Islamic faiths really matter to you Mr. Donald Trump?

We are already living in the terrorized world. AL gaeda, Al Shabab, and Boko Haram as arms of Islamic State terrorist net-work weigh on human feelings like an afternoon yoke. Human society does not need any other version of terrorism, it needs a peace maker. A peace-maker that is somehow strategic and intelligent in approach to global and inter-racial issues. Reckless use of violence against terrorism will not achieve optimal peace for mankind, and more sadly, the excluded Africans and Muslims will not have any other option but only to be cheaply recruited into terrorist networks. They will do this out of anger or self-consolation in an attempt to attenuate their Trump-produced-otherness. This will not help; it will only wound the world further.

A lot of people have sacrificed their lives for the purpose of achieving stable world society and stable American society. Dr. Luther King jnr. is one of them, just as Mahatma Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, Mother Teresa and Wangari Mathai have been. Similarly, different people from different parts of the world have borrowed a lot from the American spirit of democracy and respect for human life in freedom. Henry Davis Thoreau was persistently very loud in the inner ears and eyes of Mahatma Gandhi and Marin Luther King jnr. I mean they are American values that gave birth to the new world, the world that has substantial sense of democracy, good governance and conscientiousness in the social values. These values have to be protected jealously by the American people and the human society. Electoral choices are some of ways of doing this. Americans must elect a President that will protect humanity.
