How to fight corruption in Kenya

I will tell you what corruption looks like In Kenya. It is like a mysterious beast in a large forest with eyes and extensions on every twig and tree. It is rooted deep in the soil and feeds on the environment itself, it is fattened by it and has spread itself on every inch of the ground so that one step into the country and it has its twigs squeezing your brains to burst them off your head.

It continually begs, "Fight me, and fight me so that you can lose."

When I took my sword, the one with which I have won many battles and stepped into the forest, seeking to conquer, I saw a sight! The children of corruption were training in a fierce fight and I beheld it. Everything then stood for a while when I was noticed and attention turned to me, an intruder. I signaled my followers to stand aloof and I faced the beast, but before I knew it, it had commanded the twigs which were squeezing my breath, the whole forest was against me, everything was closing towards me and I found it was me against every plant in the forest, me against even the soil in the forest whereby I was being squeezed by these twigs out of breath, they covered my surrounding so that all I saw was scanty light, I could not breath, I took courage and stood still. The beast named corruption called out proudly, "Fight me now!" It was preparing for an easy kill.

I opened my mouth and replied, "I had not come to fight you. But let me go and prepare, I will surely come to fight you."

Because of pride I was let out, "Go prepare," the beast said, "When you are ready, then, come for a fight." I knew it was deeply rooted in everything in the vast forest and it was near to impossible to fight it, but for a warrior who has won many fierce battles, I will take the lead at this, so I took the challenge.

When I came to the war room, where I draw my battle strategy, I quickly set to work, I started thinking of the time it would take me to win the battle, the time it would take me to prepare for the battle and the resources I needed. What strategy would I need? I don't fight losing wars, I fight to win, so I plan carefully and execute my plans with exact precision.

This was the plan, first I set everything in the forest against the beast of corruption, and all its systems should reject it, even the environment. Then all forms of corruption will begin to eat each other up due to lack of nutrition and support till the strongest one is the only one remaining, the original source will be exposed, that is when I will come out with my soldiers to fight fiercely against it.

But before that, I need to secure the castle, the only part of Kenya where the forest of corruption has not seized. "Charity", this place is filled with compassion and resources of emergency. It is safe and rich, but it is disturbed by lack of true faith and commitment, those in this castle don't know how to strategize and grow stronger to be able to face the forest of corruption itself. So I have to bring it to maturity, it should be organized and strong enough, ready to face the beast of corruption by shielding the weak and channeling out gallant and strong soldiers for the fight against corruption, it will be our strong point, our harbor during the war from where we get food, the war will take four years, in the fifth we shall have won.

That is how to fight this beast of corruption and its children: Hate-speech, ethnicity, tribalism, nepotism, poor leadership, pride, drunkenness, immorality and many others.
