Fake PPO Imposter: Could there be more than meets the eye?

It is terribly shocking that a standard eight drop-out and a fake Matatu tout police imposter worked for a cool five years as a 'PPO' in Rift Valley, sacking and promoting police officers at will. No doubt that ironically at this rate, Kenya will surely attain vision 2030 as a middle-class macro-economic state with a lot to be desired by the community of nations. Kenyans can’t believe this!
Give credit where it is deserved: our new police boss this far, the Inspector General, Mr. David Kimaiyo has had a good start just a week after he took over the office. He initiated a disclosure that will eventually expose the rot within the police force in the name of Waiganjo's.
Reports tell us that Mr. Joshua Waiganjo infiltrated police force with claims that he was an Assistant Commissioner of police. He was later promoted to the post of a 'PPO'. The primary dropout is said to have been perhaps behind the Baragoi killings of 42 police officers. He is also rumored to be behind a number of robberies. True because without having any Police Reference number, he was not in the police pay roll anyway and this may have been only his monthly 'salary'.
In a media interview, the family of Waiganjo proves us right with photographic evidence that he was indeed very close to the top guns within the police establishment and especially the former Commissioner of Police Mr. Mathew Iteere, who has also been implicated in drug cartels. The most annoying thing is that Waiganjo was purportedly leaking top-secret security details to our enemies hence the killings of the 42 police officers and perhaps more crime than meets the eye.
Where there is smoke, there is fire. This begs more questions than answers. Is this a tip of the iceberg? Could Waiganjo be also behind the nasty grenade terrorist attacks in Eastleigh and elsewhere that have killed so many innocent Kenyans? Could Waiganjo’s of this world be behind the Tana Delta killings? Could Waiganjo be linked to 2007/8 PEV? How about the endless car-jackings, theft, thuggery and endless 'Nairobery'? How many more Waiganjo's are lying out there in the lion's den undiscovered?
How come that Waiganjo could be photographed with top police brass in social events like funerals without protection from the status quo? Just how can a standard eight dropout 'Matatu tout' police thug work as a top brass PPO, fully armed with weapons and uniform without the knowledge of the top brass? And lastly, just how can this primary street-child drop-out get such a high ranking post when we have so many jobless but qualified university degree graduate 'hustlers' tarmacking looking for a job?
We diligently ask: for five solid years, were we simply led by a bunch of thugs masquandering as police bosses? With all these evil cartels of drugs and police thugs where dozens of innocent lives have been lost; does the end justify the means? I don’t know many details but I know this: there is more than meets the eye.
