In the case of attempted murder, Nduta Wangai aged 36 years old is said to have unlawfully attempted to run over Rebecca Ngumi with the intention to kill her by trying to knock her down with a motor vehicle on January 5, 2024, at Ridgeways estate in Starehe Sub-County, Nairobi.
