Nairobi, Kenya - Nairobi County has threatened to stop construction of a Sh7 billion 40 floor Hazina Towers for non-compliance with environmental and city regulations.

A letter to the chief executive officer of National Social Security Fund on the ongoing development of Hazina Towers, the County government said it was yet to receive evidence of implementation and compliance of issues it had raised.
