I believe in the power of choice, which is why we must make independent decisions without being coerced. And so, when I decide to use make up to look beautiful, I should not be castigated.

We know beauty is God given. As the Bible says, we were made in God’s image. As such, enhancing this beauty is not sinful. Some will pierce their bodies, others dress well, while others bleach their skins. I however feel that bleaching is a bit too much. Those who bleach do not appreciate their natural colour. That is why they get judged most of the time.

Personally, I wouldn’t waste a dime bleaching and I can use the money to invest in other things instead. There is more to life than that.
