French giants Paris Saint-Germain will make a stunning £45million bid for Romelu Lukaku this summer.

PSG boss Laurent Blanc has identified Lukaku as the club’s top striker target after running the rule over the Belgium striker after going to Old Trafford on Sunday to watch him in action.

Blanc has now given the green light for PSG to go all out to try and get Lukaku who is also on Manchester United’s hit-list with Everton fearing they will lose their top scorer this summer.

PSG will face major competition from United, Bayern Munich and Lukaku’s former club Chelsea who are all keen on him.

United have stolen a march already and have sounded out his advisors and believe they can tempt him - even if they do not make the Champions League.

But PSG have the financial clout to blow everyone else out of the water and Everton stand to make a big profit on Lukaku after signing him for £28million in 2014.

PSG are likely to have to go above £50million but they are determined to convince him that they can win the Champions League and are a team desperate to make an impact on the European stage.
