Ulinzi Stars wasted a dozen begging chances but were lucky to have picked maximum points from a 1-0 victory over Nzoia Sugar in a Sportpesa Premier League match at Afraha Stadium, Nakuru, yesterday. The all-important goal was scored by Bernard Ongoma in the 86th minute after he connected with a cross from Elvis Nandwa to ram home a powerful volley past Nzoia custodian Humphrey Katasi. Ulinzi now have 36 points from 27 matches.
