Harambee Stars stunned by lowly ranked Thailand

Kenya national football team, Harambee Stars suffered their second away friendly defeat in less than three days after losing by a solitary to hosts Thailand on Sunday.

Dangda Teerasil secured the victory for the lowly ranked Thailand after scoring in the 63rd minute before paving way for Chappuis Charyl late in the game.

The win is a big boost for Thailand, who are currently ranked 137, 49 places behind 88th placed Kenya.

The defeat came barely three days after Stanley Okumbi’s men were stunned 2-1 by another low ranked Asian nation Iraq  at Basra Stadium.
